Mr. Sunderman has over 25 years of experience in finance and operations management. For eighteen years he served as either Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer of four major corporations.
Mr. Sunderman graduated Cum Laude from UCLA in 1970 where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. In 1975 he received a Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from USC. In that same year he received his license as a Certified Public Accountant after working for Price Waterhouse & Co. Mr. Sunderman is licensed in both Nevada and California.
JS Sunderman Consulting services the needs of both for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations and has worked with companies in differing industries from high-tech wireless telecommunications to international real estate developments. Mr. Sunderman has been responsible for the development of over 150 comprehensive proposals representing financing in excess of $300 million from a variety of capital sources.
Mr. Sunderman is active with non-profits having served as CFO of one very large non-profit and as treasurer of another non-profit involved in international mission work including work on establishing medical dispensaries and foreign language education (English as a second language) in a foreign country. Jeffrey S. Sunderman, CPA, has announced that he recently completed successful negotiations and final funding of approximately one million ($1,000,000) for B & M Land and Livestock, a major Northern Nevada transportation company. The funding replaces existing financing of the company's primary operating facility and will also fund an operating line of credit to fuel growth and expansion of B & M's existing business.
Mr. Sunderman, a CPA with over 25 years experience in finance and operations management, is frequently able to secure financing for clients who have tried unsuccessfully to obtain funding for years. By working with the client to identify core business concepts, Mr. Sunderman prepares a mini-business plan based on priorities of the core business, then uses financial information provided by the client to prepare a financial model for the proposed funding.
