Danielle, Business Support Specialist
Danielle, who is customer-service oriented, is the key person to speak with to check the filing status of your new company. Danielle prepares, files, and processes the following with respect to new and existing entities: Articles, Minutes, Resolutions, Annual State Lists, Annual Statements of Information, Business Presence Agreements, Fictitious Business Name Statements, (DBAs), IRS Tax Elections, Foreign State Qualifications, Amendments to Articles, Dissolutions, Change of Registered Agent, and Change of Entity Names. Danielle assists clients by informing them of the status of their filed entities, and helps clients whose entities are in revoked or delinquent status. Danielle is a “people” person who began her career at Sage as the Receptionist, but was soon promoted after she demonstrated her skills and ability to cheerfully serve Sage clients.
Patrice, Marketing Assistant
Whether you are a new or existing client, the friendly voice you hear when you call in to schedule a consultation with a corporate strategist will be that of Patrice. Patrice handles all incoming sales calls and supports the Business Development Department. If you are inquiring about information relating to our products and services, Patrice will promptly provide you with that information either via telephone, e-mail, or mail. As the Marketing Assistant, Patrice also facilitates membership in various networking groups and coordinates information and meetings with professional advisors, joint venture and affiliate partners. Patrice also coordinates and attends Webinars, Seminars, and other educational forums. She is a University of Nevada, Reno graduate, who is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Psychology, and has made remarkable contributions to the Sage Team.
Kate, SageFacilitatorTM Program/Project Coordinator
Kate is the ultimate professional with extensive experience as an Escrow Officer. Kate is an extension of the Business Development Department, and she coordinates the SageFacilitatorTM Program (often referred to as “Dept. 409”). She conducts research for special projects to ascertain what documentation and/or actions are required to develop or facilitate business strategies. She facilitates a wide range of services, including researching various state and county laws and regulations regarding transferring real and personal assets to trusts or other business entities. Kate is very thorough and detail-oriented and makes sure that files are organized so that details are not overlooked. She tracks the status of documents and services and follows up with clients. Kate also handles the conversion of forms and documents for our SageProTM Advisors. She is a Notary Public and often a witness for trusts and other document signings.
John, Distribution Specialist
John diligently and methodically manages the Sage Distribution Center. He is the individual who monitors and forwards your mail if you have established a Nevada Business Presence with Sage. He ships and tracks Minute Books and other packages sent to clients. John also handles the inventory of Sage educational products and fills orders for books and recordings. John is so meticulous that rarely does an item with an incorrect shipping address or delivery instruction get past him. His expertise in customer service, shipping and receiving is invaluable to the Sage Team.
